She took her time, answered any questions I had and stayed as long as I needed her too. After she left, I'd still text her with questions and she was happy to help me. I recommend all my pregnant first-time moms see Tayla. If it wasn't for her, I probably would have given up breastfeeding a long time ago. Thanks to Tayla, I can feed Emma pain-free and I actually love breastfeeding!

We tried sleep training on our own, but it just got worse and worse. In desperate need of sleep, we decided to hire Tayla as a sleep consultant. She came over on a Saturday and helped us tweak our routines and gave us a “plan” we could stick with. From that night on my son has slept at least 11 hours a night! Tayla was there every morning to check in and give us any tips and tricks. The only thing I wish is that I would have called her sooner!

Tayla was so supportive and helpful, offering me advice and recommendations on how to make the transition from our bed, to a crib in her own room as smooth as possible. Within a few nights I couldn't believe it, she was sleeping for 10-12 hours straight! Fast forward to 4 months later and our daughter is still sleeping through the night, in her own space, every night! Tayla was born and lives to help others. It was evident when she showed up at my home to help me with breastfeeding. We had trouble with latching and she spent an hour with me going over positions and ways to practice. When that didn't work, she spent hours researching and returned to help diagnose my little guys posterior tongue tie! I have since had the tie repaired and again Tayla has followed up to ensure we are on the path to pain free breastfeeding.

Tayla saved my sanity and relationship! Sleep Training was the best investment for our family. I was skeptical sleep training would work but I hadn't slept more than 2-3hrs in over a year and my 1year old would wake up every 1-2hrs all day/ night. Tayla helped me get him into a routine and within 3days we were all sleeping through the night.

So thankful for the sleep training! In 3 days my son went from waking between 3-7 times a night and short cat naps here and there, to sleeping through the night and taking two 2 hour naps a day with the schedule that she gave me. She provided tips, daily support and the reassurance I needed to make sure we were successful. Money well spent!
